Wow!! Where do I begin? I had been made redundant and was looking for jobs. I saw a message in my LinkedIn inbox from Natalie, my initial thoughts was not to reply because you get all sorts of recruiters messaging all the time about unnecessary jobs. To anyone looking for a new role, you need to speak with Nat - she is absolutely amazing.You don’t feel like a number or just someone to find a role for. Nat gets to know you, your personal circumstances and genuinely cares. There were no roles presented that weren’t relevant to personal experience, you feel like the role could have been made for you and Nat is very switched on in matching the roles to the people perfectly. This is down to Nat’s extensive knowledge of her clients in the construction industry and candidates. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Incredible experience in comparison to other recruitment agencies where you are given a quick call or email to see if there is just a bite. *Update*For a second time, Ravin has now gone against company procedures and got someone through the back door.And this comes a week or so after Ravin tried to poach a candidate HE placed.*Original*After placing Very poor experience using this 'agency' from the position of a client.Ravin conducts himself and operates very poorly, ignoring his 'clients' processes and requests. All the while lies and attempts to gaslight you to make you believe it is you that has messed up and not told him the process! Thankfully it was all on email.He also seems incapable of following basic instructions such as stop recruiting or sending speculative CVs.Very poor experience in the very short time we have known this agency. Will certainly warn off any companies considering using this 'agency'

Not had the best experiences with recruiters in the past, as I didn’t want to jump into any job and still be unhappy, but Matt at Stirling is definitely one of those genuine recruiters who listens to what you want. Matt kept in touch with me for over a year, and he made the effort to give me a call every other month or so, to check for updates and let me know that he was still looking. Only time he proposed a job to me was when he knew it ticked all my boxes, and luckily he was right. He was extremely helpful throughout the interview process and was available outside of normal working hours. Hopefully I won’t need him again anytime soon, but if I was looking again he would be my first call, and would recommend anyone in engineering to speak to him first. Thanks again!

Natalie - Nats has walked me through 2 opportunities and arranged meetings with them both at ease. The first one didn’t suit the employer and the second one went to final stage rapidly. Wow!! Where do I begin? I had been made redundant and was looking for jobs. I saw a message in my LinkedIn inbox from Natalie, my initial thoughts was not to reply because you get all sorts of recruiters messaging all the time about unnecessary jobs. All the while lies and attempts to gaslight you to make you believe it is you that has messed up and not told him the process! Thankfully it was all on email.He also seems incapable of following basic instructions such as stop recruiting or sending speculative CVs.Very poor experience in the very short time we have known this agency. Will certainly warn off any companies considering using this 'agency'

Not had the best experiences with recruiters in the past, as I didn’t want to jump into any job and still be unhappy, but Matt at Stirling is definitely one of those genuine recruiters who listens to what you want. Matt kept in touch with me for over a year, and he made the effort to give me a call every other month or so, to check for updates and let me know that he was still looking. Only time he proposed a job to me was when he knew it ticked all my boxes, and luckily he was right. Natalie - Nats has walked me through 2 opportunities and arranged meetings with them both at ease. The first one didn’t suit the employer and the second one went to final stage rapidly. It was an opportunity that matched seemingly both employer and myself yet it in the space of less than a week I was contacted directly by a manufacturer of construction products and accepted a role.
